Integrations and API: plug WhatsApp into the tools you already run
trtWhats connects natively to Salla, Zid, WooCommerce, Shopify, HubSpot and Odoo, so an order, a shipment or an abandoned cart in your store becomes a WhatsApp message without manual work. For everything else there is a REST API and webhooks, available from the Growth plan. Custom integrations built with you are part of the Business plan.
What your customer receives
Why it matters
Native store connectors
Salla, Zid, WooCommerce and Shopify: install the connector, map your templates to store events, and notifications start flowing without writing code.
CRM and ERP in sync
HubSpot (from Growth) and Odoo (from Pro) keep contacts, deals and invoices aligned with WhatsApp conversations instead of copy-pasting between tabs.
REST API for your own stack
Send template messages, manage contacts and read conversation data from your own software with API keys you create and revoke in the dashboard.
Webhooks you can verify
Every webhook is signed with HMAC so your server can confirm it came from trtWhats. Retries cover temporary outages on your side.
Events, not polling
Subscribe to events such as order.created, order.shipped, cart.abandoned or appointment.reminder and let trtWhats send the right template at the right time.
Clear rate limits
The API applies rate limits per account to keep the platform stable; they are documented in the API reference.
How it works
- 01
Connect the platform
In Integrations, choose Salla, Zid, WooCommerce, Shopify, HubSpot or Odoo and authorise the connection. For your own system, create an API key instead.
- 02
Map events to templates
For each event you want to use, pick an approved template and match its variables to the event fields: {customer_name}, {order_id}, {tracking_url}.
- 03
Register your webhooks
For a custom integration, add your endpoint URL and receive signed JSON for inbound messages and delivery and read status.
- 04
Send a test event
Trigger a test order or a test webhook, check the rendered message on your own number, then switch the integration on.
- 05
Monitor deliveries
Each triggered message shows up with its status; failed sends show the Meta error so your team or your developer can fix the template or the number.
Where it fits
Salla or Zid store
order.created sends the confirmation, order.shipped adds the tracking link, and the PDF invoice can follow through the invoice delivery feature.
WooCommerce or Shopify store
cart.abandoned triggers the cart recovery sequence after the delay you choose, with the products left in the cart and a link back to checkout.
Clinic with a booking system
Your scheduling software calls the API on appointment.reminder to send the confirmation the day before, and the patient's reply lands in the shared inbox.
HubSpot sales team
New WhatsApp leads become HubSpot contacts, and a deal stage change can trigger a follow-up template, so sales and support share one view.
